THY-GS-310G guide shoe is a guide device that can slide directly between the elevator guide rail and the car or counterweight. It can stabilize the car or counterweight on the guide rail so that it can only slide up and down to prevent the car or counterweight from being Skew or swing during operation. An oil cup can be installed on the upper part of the guide shoe to reduce the friction between the shoe lining and the guide rail. When the guide shoes are used, one elevator is equipped with 8 pieces, and the car counterweight is 4 pieces each, and they are installed on the top and bottom of the car or the counterweight. The guide shoe is composed of a shoe lining, a base, and a shoe body. The shoe seat is equipped with bottom reinforcing ribs to ensure the strength of use. The fixed sliding guide shoe generally needs to be used with the oil cup and is applied to the counterweight frame.
1. After the upper and lower guide shoes are installed in place, they should be on the same vertical line without skewing or twisting. Ensure that the upper and lower guide shoes are in a line at the center of the safety jaw.
2. After the guide shoe is installed, the left and right gap between the guide rail and the shoe lining should be equal to 0.5~2mm, and the gap between the shoe lining and the top surface of the guide rail should be 0.5~2mm.
